Given how pervasive he is, in spite of the expulsion order, Pusher01 is well known to ALL the local people (maybe even law enforcement), both the older and the younger, to the point that, on a later occasion after the “ugly incident” previously told, Pusher01 found himself in line at a local ATM together with a local, young female member of law enforcement, whom we’ll call IGNOTAX (ahh...obviously Pusher01 had to withdraw cash to buy drugs for the weekend… what else?)
IgnotaX, busy handling cash, notices Pusher01 in line behind her, recognizes him and “gives him a dirty look” (Pusher01’s words).
The end, no action taken, not even a scolding….
Pusher01 was very upset by the “dirty look”, but at the same time he was reassured, reading in Ignotax’s disapproval without practical action a sort of “almost motherly understanding” (verbatim quote from Pusher01, freely translated from the usual torrent of words not always belonging to human languages, ed.).
Note: I fully understand Ignotax’s situation and share its grimness: Why risk yourself trying to arrest a dangerous unstable person if he is protected by Ignoto01 to the point of not ending up in jail even if caught red-handed? What’s more, you even risk paying for it career-wise given Ignoto01’s vindictiveness!
Much better to finish withdrawing the cash, “give Pusher01 a dirty look” …. and … leave, sticking to the plan for your free evening...don’t you think?
